Vox for Demo Tomorrow!

Hey folks!

So I recorded all the guitar I needed to for the 3 songs, who knew that pre-production was so important! Ya live ya learn I guess. But seriously, it cut recording down into I swear almost 1/8 the time! It was amazing! It usually would have taken 3 weeks(1 session per week) to get 3 guitar tracks for 3 seperate songs completed! But no, thanks to the astounding Joel Matthies and his patience with me, it only took 5 hours! (3 hours for recording, 1 hour to rent gear, 30 minutes to set up, 30 minute lunch break…hey I gotta eat:P). Not many people can say they have the patience to take on Lilo SJ…I get frustrated…give up, and then I come back to what ever it is I was doing all ashamed and bashful. Its a staple Lilo SJ move. Can’t help it it’s just who I am. SO! I will be recording vocals tomorrow for the demo! I am suuuuper excited, cause my voice has been sounding really nice lately. So hopefully, within the next month it will be finished, my website will be updated and no longer lame, and everyone can download the songs free off of my website! Can’t go wrong with free tunes!

On a side note! I found out, lots of people I know, friends included, check out my website on a regular basis! It was one of those moments where you go “Oh gee…gosh I don’t know what to say” and your all shy and such. Especially coming from this one person I know. She is a fellow artist, her name is Caitlin Toom, and she has this AMAZING jazz voice! Like to die for! Her telling me she has listened to some of my stuff and likes it was a huge compliment to me.
